I write on behalf of the diaconate to express to you our sincere thanks for organising the recent Food Hygiene course. Everyone who went on it has made very favourable remarks about the content and especially the manner in which you led the two sessions. You made what could have been a tedious subject - (especially for those of us whose concern is almost exclusively the end product rather than it's preparation!) - a most interesting and stimulating experience. Of course, the fact that we all passed the examination at the end was the icing on the cake, and further evidence of the way you got the message across. Looking forward now to the refresher in three years time!
