It's no good being told about the in's and out's of a particular application running on a Personal Computer if you haven't grasped the basic fundamental principles of using a PC!

You'll find things so much easier to pick up - irrespective of the piece of software you're trying to use if you have a firm foundation of how a PC interacts with you, and more importantly, you understand a few concepts.
