CIEH Level 2 Awards in Food Safety
This Chartered Institute of Environmental Health accredited training course gives attendees an official certificate in food safety (previously know as Foundation Food Hygiene, or Basic Food Hygiene) courses. This is the minimum training requirement for those people involved in food within catering, or manufacturing or retail food industry. How to HACCP
A training course on Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point system. Within the Food Industry, recent legislation requires that a specific formal risk analysis is performed call "HACCP". This course teaches you how to perform that analysis to the required official standards, and shows you how to use various tools and techniques to produce the documentation required by the relevant authorities.

HACCP Awareness
A short 1/2 day training course for the people in your organisation to introduce them to HACCP principles, to ensure they understand the need to adhere to the correct procedures during manufacturing or preparation process.
